Senior Installation Engineer – Subsea and Offshore Oil and Gas – Pre-Commissioning

One of the world's leading specialists in seabed to surface engineering in the offshore oil and gas sector is currently searching for a Senior Installation Engineer for their St. John's, Newfoundland operation.  Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be the project lead for all installation pre-commissioning work for projects in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia as well as projects for other company locations.  In addition, you will occasionally provide coaching and mentoring to junior and intermediate engineers and technologists, and liaise with clients on an ongoing basis.

To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• An Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil-Structural Engineering
• At least 3 years exposure to Subsea Engineering and Design with an operator or engineering firm
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A desire to live and work in Atlantic Canada
