Accounts Receivable Clerk
Payzant Home Hardware Building Centre
Location: Lower Sackville

Payzant Building Products Limited is currently seeking applications to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk.

This is a permanent position working 8-5, Monday to Friday.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Posting cash receipts. 
  • Provide a high level of customer service to prospective customers, sales representatives and various internal departments.
  • Contact existing customers for payment, by phone or mail.
  • Taking incoming calls or office visits from customers inquiring about their accounts.
  • Negotiating suitable repayment arrangements.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties.
  • Excellent customer services skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to reconcile accounts.
  • Keyboarding skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (word/excel).
  • Collection experience is an asset.
