Overview: Temporary administration positions are available. Working in various office environments, positions are available for a little as a week or can work into a full time position. Positions require basic office skills including answering the phone, data entry, filing, using the fax machine and photocopier etc. Most positions will require the use of the computer, including Microsoft Office or higher.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to those with previous office experience. As well, to those with experience in specific fields; such as accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll etc.
Applicants may be expected to prove their computer skills through in house testing.
Please indicate on your resume if you have specialized experience in a specific area of administration.
