Who Are We Seeking?

Energetic and ambitious people to join our growing team as Membership Counsellors for openings in your area. If you are passionate about fitness, interested in developing a professional sales career and taking control of your earnings and advancement, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• New membership prospecting and follow-up
• Membership and Personal Training sales to new clients
• Build relationships, determine client goals and counsel on positive lifestyle changes
• Appointments and presentations with prospective individual and corporate clients
• Maintain knowledge of fitness trends and healthy lifestyles

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years sales experience, preferably in performance based roles
• Demonstrated  passion for fitness
• Ability to customize solutions and make recommendations
• High degree of self motivation within a commission sales environment
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Schedule flexibility required for some evening and weekend work
