- Basic Reception/Switchboard
- Composing Correspondence
- Travel Co-ordination
- Data Entry
- Meeting Planning
- Working with MS office to provide support for teams of all sizes
- Working with confidential information in both corporate and government offices

| Requirements |
Requirements will vary based on each contract but basic qualifications are: • Ability to type a minimum of 40wpm • Experience working with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role • Post secondary education in a related field is not required but an asset • Experience with Accounts Payables and Receivables or Legal Administration experience would be an asset.
