Our client seeks an Executive Assistant who can provide high level administrative support in a dynamic environment. This multi faceted role demands a high degree of professional maturity and a positive attitude. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to analyze situations and exercise sound judgment in determining appropriate course of action. The ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality are necessary to succeed in this senior level role.

Requirements for this position include the following:

  • A minimum of 10 years Executive Professional, HR Administrative or Personal Assistant work experience at the senior executive level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a professional demeanor are a must.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to multitask while remaining flexible and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information in a completely confidential manner.
  • Advanced professional interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with all levels within the company as well as with outside customers.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as a point of contact for executives.
  • Exercise proactive, detailed and accurate calendar management.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, letters, memos and presentations.
  • Plan, coordinate and organize corporate meetings.
  • Provide assistance in the day to day administrative functions of the Executive Office.
