We have various clients who are seeking English, French and Bilingual professional Administrative Assistants in the Moncton area to perform temporary work in their office locations.

Attention to detail and superior organizational skills are imperative to these challenging positions. The successful candidates will be mature, self-assured, pro-active individuals with the ability to multi task in a constantly changing, fast paced environment and have a strong willingness to learn. A post-secondary education in Business Administration or diploma in Office Administration is a definite asset with a minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and excellent keyboarding ability are considered strong assets.

These are temporary/contract positions that will vary in length. Rate of pay will vary depending on experience and duties to be performed.
