Adecco Halifax is currently recruiting a Part Time Mail Operator for our client located in Burnside, Dartmouth.  This position is a 2 year term, with an anticipated start date of September 8th, 2008.  The hours are 12:00pm to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.  If you are serious about long term commitment and happiness, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.     

Responsibilities

 Assembling product packages for mailing
 Manual and machine folding
 Photocopying
 Operating mailing equipment (metering machine, shipping system and inserter) while achieving high productivity and high quality of work.
 Other mail processing errands

Requirements

 Ability to work under minimal supervision
 Capable of lifting boxes up to 30 kg
 Standing for extended periods of time
 Must pass our Federal Government Security Clearance
 Own transportation to Burnside (limited access by Metro Transit)

Compensation

$9.25 / hour
