Job Description Answering phones and directing calls accordingly (to accounting, estimating, project managers, jobsites and other districts.) • Directing prices to appropriate estimator on tender closing day. • Opening and stamping postage mail. Screening mail appropriately. • Sending and receiving faxes. • Sorting postage mail (invoices to appropriate accountant/correspondence to whom it's addressed.) • Logging in courier in the log book. • Sending for courier and know which companies are best for which service (i.e. overnight, rush, out of town, etc.) Tracing couriers. • Greeting clients, subtrades and salespeople. Have them sign in our visitor log sheet. Advise whom they are here to see. • Sending mail out at predetermined deadlines. Assembling circulation packages. • Stamping postage mail. • Sending film for developing. • Sending drawings for blueprints. • Receiving and stamping tenders. • Receiving deposits for tender drawing. • Keeping plan room in order, make sure jobs that we are bidding are on the board. • Arranging for relief reception based on rotating schedule (if applicable.) • Maintaining and circulating current job listing and telephone locals listing. • Maintaining system for booking boardrooms. • Assisting in various other projects as required by the department.
Requirements

- The candidate who will excel in this position will have a great sense of humour and take pride in their work - Someone who will tackle all tasks with the same high level of enthusiasm and takes initiative -Must have basic Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

-MUST be fluently Bilingual (FRENCH and ENGLISH)
Compensation and Benefits Details
- This is a full time temporary to permanent position -After you become a permanent employee you will receive an excellent full benefit package, a great pension plan and yearly bonuses based on performance! -Hours of work are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch) -location is in the West end -$32-33K DOE
