We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to provide support to our client's finance department from June 16 to August 5. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Accounts payable processing and vendor management
- Cash receipts and daily deposits
- General bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Payroll administration
- Administration of Workers Compensation, Statistics Canada, HST, and Your Energy Rebate reports
- Cost control analysis
- Assistance in the preparation of technical documents and applications for regulatory authorities
- General administration and other duties as assigned
As the ideal candidate, you are a results-oriented, flexible team player with the ability to multi-task. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency using MS Excel. Experience with JD Edwards software would be an asset.
