Frontier Technologies has an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will be responsible for analysis of GPS-based productivity reports, time sheet verification, technician productivity analysis, work order processing, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Post secondary education would be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office would be preferred
- One (1) year or more experience in an administrative or related position
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a face-paced, dynamic environment where change is a constant. The individual will be well organized, able to successfully balance shifting priorities, and possess superior communication and problem solving skills.
