Switchboard Operator
As the successful candidate you must demonstrate superior communication skills and the ability to work as part of a fast paced team. Above average ability to answer and direct calls, and to manage time efficiently is essential. Familiarity with MS Office products is required. Preference will be given to fluently bilingual candidates.
You must have excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette, and well developed problem solving skills. Previous switchboard operation or reception experience are assets.
Primary responsibilities are answering, directing and relaying messages to ensure customer satisfaction and call completion. Call conferencing is required, as well as the monitoring of company aircraft flights and coordinating call traffic for mobile radios. This position involves work during the business week, Monday to Friday, and the hours are from 9am to 6pm.
