As a trader on our floor you are fully equipped with the capital and direct-access technology necessary to compete in the market. Your objective is to become a proficient trader. You will be trained on a particular market (NYSE or NASDAQ) and from the outset you will acquire live trading experience, making independent real-time decisions to buy and sell. As a successful candidate you will notice gradual improvement in your trading skill in the form of increased consistency and profitability.

Qualifications – What makes a great trader?

Great traders are adaptive individuals who learn quickly from their experience. Typical qualities are competitiveness, drive, strong work ethic, and a healthy balance of confidence and discipline. Other ingredients include critical thinking, problem-solving skills, speed on the keyboard, and a strong interest in markets.

If you are a fast learner who enjoys pushing your limits then we would like to hear from you. Successful candidates must thrive in a pressure-filled, fast-paced market environment. Applicants from all disciplines are encouraged to apply as great traders can come from a variety of backgrounds.

Compensation

Traders are compensated according to performance, receiving a percentage of trading profits. Compensation is uncapped.
