As a Senior Manager you will:
- Take a lead role in delivering consulting services to high growth organizations with a diverse team of Consultants
- Create and maintain long term relationships at a senior client level

Qualifications:
- Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
- Post graduate degree is an asset
- Must have experience working in a consulting environment and delivering services to external clients
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and/or knowledge of security and privacy enhancing technologies such as: identity management, application security (Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP preferred) and network security technologies
- In addition to technology skills, appreciation of business process and controls in business processes is desirable
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000 standards and frameworks such as Cobit and ITIL
- CISSP, CISM, CISA or other security certifications is preferred
- Experience supporting information security programs for large scale organizations is an asset
- Experience developing business and building a practice
- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
- Proven experience executing a client service plan on complex engagements and work closely with the Partners in exceeding our client's expectations while identifying and mitigating business risks associated with projects
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
- Federal government security clearance is desirable (Secret)
- Travel required, including occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
