Details:

As a trader you are contracted by SwiftTrade -- a leading global equity trading firm. You are fully equipped with the capital and state-of-the-art technology necessary to compete in the market. Your objective is to become a proficient trader. You will be trained on a particular market (TSX, NYSE or NASDAQ) and from the outset you will acquire real hands-on experience, making independent real-time intraday decisions to buy and sell. As a successful candidate you will notice gradual improvement in your trading skill in the form of increased consistency and profitability.

How does one become a great trader?

Our feeling is that good traders are adaptive individuals who are highly focused on achieving a result and learn quickly from their experience. The learning is a process of objective self-analysis, refinement of approach, finding effective risk-management and the necessary discipline. Other ingredients include original thinking, problem-solving skill, speed on the keyboard, good intuition, and a love for the market.

Qualifications:

In the world's primary equities markets everyday is a new day that offers a fresh challenge. If you are a fast learner who enjoys problem solving and pushing the limits we would like to hear from you. Successful candidates must thrive in a pressure-filled, fast-paced environment. Other helpful qualities include ambition, original thinking, competitive spirit, gaming skills (video games, poker, strategy), discipline, and strong market interest. Compensation:

Traders are compensated according to performance, receiving a percentage of trading profits. Compensation is uncapped.
