| Job Description |
The responsibilities for this position are:
• Performance calculation, composite management, attribution analysis and portfolio risk reporting. • Research, propose and maintain performance measurement and attribution methodologies for existing and new products. • Assist in the automation of existing processes and the development of new systems. • Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external clients. • Analytical problem solving and troubleshooting

| Responsibilities |
• The successful incumbent will have 3-5 years of experience in the investment management industry, 1-3 years in a Performance Measurement Role and be accustomed to working in a demanding environment with strict deadlines. Requirements: • Advanced computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel, is essential and can quickly learn new systems and software. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills learned from operating in a team environment. • Quick learner, easily adaptable with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Superior analytical skills. • Excellent attention to detail.

| Requirements |
• Educational requirements for this position include an undergraduate degree in business related studies or mathematics and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). A CFA designation would be an asset.

| Compensation and Benefits Details |
Starting salary is commensurate with experience, with three weeks of vacation. Following the successful completion of a three month probationary period, a full benefits package is provided including life insurance, extended medical, dental, payment of provincial medical plan premiums and matching of GRSP contributions up to 5% of base salary (in the firm's group GRSP plan). |
