Our Client, the leading global provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage services, and human capital consulting is in immediate need of an exceptional Account Executive for its office in Bermuda.
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for a portfolio of captive insurance companies and manage all aspects of them for their parent companies. These duties will include preparation of Financial Statements, Statutory Returns for the Bermuda Monetary Authority, prepare for and address the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meetings and liaising with auditors as their primary contact. In addition to these responsibilities you will be the primary contact for the parent company and respond to queries and any change they may experience or initiate with their business.
This is a very fast paced and steadily changing environment, so the successful candidate must demonstrate a superior work ethic with the ability to multi task, prioritize, and work well both independently and collaboratively with a dynamic team of colleagues locally and in other international locations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting designation (CMA, CA, CGA) coupled with a minimum of two years related work experience, preferably in a similarly complex accounting environment. They must exhibit strong communication skills, customer service
