Manpower is currently recruiting for Technical Service Representatives for a local Woodstock company.  These are full-time permanent positions that will be paid at a competitive salary, with full benefits, matched group RRSP and has an annual bonus structure. You must be out going and enthusiastic and have a passion for people. 

Requirements:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication (Additional $2000 annum Bilingual French premium paid)
• Have completed a College or University Degree or any other Post-Secondary programs in an IT related field
• Must have a minimum 2 years experience in help desk/computer technical support role
• Strong computer skills, hands on experience and a solid working know ledge of the Microsoft OS platform
• Must possess strong communication skills, listening skills and have experience dealing with the public
• Must be flexible to work afternoons & late evening shifts (Additional $5200 annum premium paid for overnight shifts)

In this Technical Service role, you will provide more advanced hardware and & software support to clients, including application installation, Level 2 troubleshooting, documenting and prioritizing trouble tickets and technical issues.
