Team Manager

We are looking for a person with a strong technology background, who has been at the forefront of implementing new technologies. Experience in customer self serve, application reuse, data integration and commercial product integration will be needed for this role with our NB-based client.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the national reach of a level 3 NOC Satellite Support Team. You will ensure that service levels are met or exceeded on all customer-facing IP and satellite support related activities. You will also provide guidance and support for your team as you meet the challenges of a fast-paced, changing environment.
