Business Support Analyst – Competition #03-0901-CB
The Business Support Analyst is responsible for the delivery of advanced user support activities that include consultation, implementation, troubleshooting and training services of information systems and communication devices as well as assist the help desk as required. ALC is looking for individuals that have highly developed problem analysis skills, and want to apply their in-depth technical knowledge in new and innovative ways. This person has a bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of software and hardware customer support experience.
Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience for the above listed position.
