We are currently looking for the following team member:
Software Quality Control Test Lead - Competition #03-0907-CB
The Quality Control Test Lead endeavors to reduce the defects resulting from changes by ensuring proper testing. The Test Lead is responsible for developing testing strategies, as well as preparing, reviewing and executing test plans. This role is responsible for making recommendations on the quality of a system release. The Test Lead is also responsible for creating process documents, generating metrics and participating in ongoing process improvement. ALC is looking for individuals that can leverage new and innovative testing methods to help increase the team’s speed to market. This individual has a university degree in a relevant discipline and 5-6 years progressive IT experience with substantial emphasis on quality control/testing.
Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience for the above listed position.
