We are currently recruiting for 4 Bilingual Help Desk Representatives to work at one of the largest employers in the Greater Moncton Area.
Job Description:
The Bilingual Help Desk Representative provides real-time first-level technical support for Distribution terminal operations. Responds to driver, Terminal, Supply, carrier and contractor support request calls. Requests may include bill of lading changes, equipment breakdown, system configuration issues, printer repairs, custom documentation preparation, etc.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or University Degree required
- 2 years previous customer service experience (preferably in a call centre)
- Exceptional computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in petroleum distribution business or operation, equipment maintenance, repair, etc. would be a definite asset

Shift Flexibility:
Must be flexible to work 12 hour shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Current shift rotates from 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM & 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
(Rotating 6 weeks days & 4 weeks nights)
