Branch Manager

St. John's Branch Manager:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the achievement of Branch business results through the management and direction of all branch programs and resource allocation in support of Distinctive Client Service delivery, Attraction and Retention of Top Talent and Operational Efficiency.

You will Manage Branch business performance, by drawing upon Local, Regional and National Aon resources to effectively respond to current and prospective client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of Sales leadership in driving revenue growth and business retention
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial insurance and risk management experience
  • Proven business management experience.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Miller Heiman training, as well as prospecting, sale-initiating and closing techniques
  • Risk Management training and in-depth knowledge of various insurance and alternative funding techniques
  • Experience/training in mentoring, coaching, delegation and change management.
  • General Human Resources knowledge (interviewing skills, employment standards, health and safety)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • College Diploma/University Degree and/or a brokers license, CIP, FIIC or CAIB
