Workflow and Production Coordinator
Detail-oriented and highly organized, you have the myriad skills needed to see projects through from take-off to delivery.
The Position:
You organize, manage, track and report Pilot's workflow from the beginning of a project through to client delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and tracks project budgets for profitability and on-time delivery.
- Manages and tracks all staff time assignments on all projects.
- Supports client services and account management functions.
- Provides weekly budget status and workflow reports.
- Provides input on budget and time allocations for proposals and new business prospects.
- Manages print and other production processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years experience in the activities listed above, preferably in a communications and marketing agency or related setting.
- Solid knowledge of project planning and project management processes.
- Degree in commerce, business or other relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-focused and committed to meeting both deadlines and budget targets.
- Strongly detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
