Team Leader and Project Coordinator for Physical Resources and Maintenance

Job Summary:
The team leader will be responsible for coordinating and standardizing the Maintenance Department's services in Zone 6. He or she will serve as resource person for the Maintenance Department's managers on technical issues and will be responsible for liaison with building contractors. The project coordinator will plan and coordinate all activities related to construction, renovation and alteration projects in Zone 6 facilities.

Requirements:

• University training in the engineering field;
• Certified by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick;
• Several years of experience managing building construction projects, preferably in the hospital sector;
• Good writing and speaking skills in both official languages (English and French);
• Autonomy in performing duties;
• Active participation in integral quality management activities.
