Tasks: (1) Coordinate all Static Range Impact Area (SRIA) and over flight requests; (2) Provides guidance and resolve of all course related issues; (3) Resolve resource issues that may affect course training; (4) Coordinates all course related internal and external TSRs; (5) Supervises the activities of the Resource NCO including the use of CARSM; (6) Maintains all course related files; (7) Ensures DRSOs are available and disseminated to all courses and range users; (8) Participate in the weekly training coordination when required; (9) Supervises the CTC Weekly Training Calendar updates compilation; and (10) MITE functions to include the following: (a) course scheduling; (b) course nominations; (c) course stats collection; (d) course qualification updating; (e) course loading, and (f) coordination with other Schools on shared courses. Sub-tasks – While supporting the key tasks identified above, the consultant may also be requested to provide support in the following areas: (1) As required fill the positions of Ops/Trg WO during their absence; and (2) Conduct other general duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications – Mandatory Requirements: (1) Held the rank qualification at minimum Cpl within the Artillery trade Field/Air Defense; and (2) Hold/Held MITE qualification. Experience – Mandatory Requirements: (1) 1 year experience working within the Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES); (2) 1 year experience working in a military Operations Cell; and (3) Possess working knowledge of The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery School courses. Knowledge consistent with a member who has at a minimum supported School courses. Enhance Security Clearance is required.
