Job Description:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls for our clients while providing outstanding service to their customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Good problem solving
• Basic computer and typing skills (approximately 30wpm)
• Experience in Customer Service an asset
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility is required
• Ability to work shift work
