This opportunity offers an opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic business leader to oversee the development of this important community publication while guiding and empowering a talented group of employees within a process and performance- driven organization.

Responsibilities:
-Execute strategic plans to ensure the sustainable growth of the company
-Maintain a community presence to better understand the local audience and serve our customers
-Drive daily management and smooth implementation established processes
-Develop staff to build competencies and ultimately achieve company goals and objectives

Qualifications:
-Post Secondary Education in Business or related field
-Minimum 5 years sales experience including a positive track record obtaining results by leading others in a Sales environment
-Minimum 5 years management experience preferably within a unionized environment
-Process-thinking mindset
-Demonstrated proficiency reading and using financial statements
-Strong leadership abilities
-Must demonstrate ability to energize, empower and engage team to get results
-Reputation for strong persuasive and influencing abilities
-Ability to deal with conflict and adversity
-Bilingual (French and English)
