Bilingual Supplies Agent
Are you interested in taking your bilingual customer support career to the next level with a reputable, professional company? If so, our client is looking for a ‘Bilingual Supplies Agent’ to add to their successful team of Customer Support Agents.
As a Bilingual Supplies Agent, you will:
- Take customer’s orders are required
- Manage processes, address changes, returns, proof of delivery, invoice adjustments, bill codes, and credit card payments.
- Keep up to date on product information
- Resolve customer complaints
- Identify areas of improvement for the ‘supplies knowledge manual’
Required Skills:
- Flexibility in backing up team members and their workloads
- Strong communication and customer relation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team/group – based environment
- Strong analytical/mathematical skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fully bilingual (English/French)
- Previous customer service/support experience
- Post – secondary education
This is a full – time position that is looking to start immediately. The pay rate for this position is $13.00/hour, plus 4% vacation pay. Hours are Monday – Friday, anywhere from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
