The Ideal Candidate If you are the ideal candidate for this position you will have your high school diploma and at least 3 months of customer service experience. You will be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to be continuously learning. You will have a strong sense of empathy and above average communication skills as well as the integrity and ethics necessary to work in a confidential environment.
Job Description As a customer service representative for our client your day will include responding to incoming calls from the general public in a prompt and courteous manner. You will prioritize the calls and provide call back times if necessary. You will maintain an accurate log of all calls to the service as well as check the call back queue and voicemails every 15 minutes. You will escalate calls if necessary and conduct satisfaction surveys as assigned by the contract.

Our client operates in a 24/7 environment and any application must be available to work any shift within that timeframe.
Requirements This position requires someone who:

- has a clean criminal background
- has the ability to work in a 24/7 environment
- has at LEAST 3 months experience in customer service
- has a strong sense of empathy and urgency
- has their high school diploma
- has strong computer skills
- is fluently bilingual (French and English)
Compensation and Benefits Details These positions have a salary of $12.50/hour.
