Our client, a leading Canadian manufacturer, has an immediate requirement for a Human Resources Business Partner to be based out of their Moncton New Brunswick facility. As part of the plant leadership team the HR Business Partner will develop full understanding of the organization's business objectives and will proactively introduce HR concepts, ideas, and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be an influential HR leader experienced at driving and managing change and capable of building credibility with the organization's business leaders. Also essential are exceptional coaching and consulting skills and the capacity to implement strategies to enhance employee effectiveness and facilitate the strengthening of the plant leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary education with a Human Resources designation or equivalent human resources experience
• Minimum 7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Prior experience practising HR in a manufacturing facility
