The Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick is currently looking for a:
Residential Campaign Coordinator
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated person who would be responsible for the recruitment and coordination of over 1200 volunteers in South East NB area for the annual door-to-door campaign, which takes place in February (Heart Month).
The successful candidate will be:
- Self-motivated
- Committed to customer service excellence
- Experienced in multi-tasking and delivering against established time lines with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent in oral and written communication in both French and English
- Able to recruit and motivate volunteers
- Resourceful and driven
- A "people person"
- Passionate about helping others
- Familiar with the South East NB especially the Greater Moncton area region
- Professional
This is a part-time (4 days per week), home-based contract position, from November 9, 2009 to April 16th, 2010. Experience in volunteer coordination, sales and a post-secondary education are considered assets.
The successful candidate must have a reliable vehicle and a computer with Internet access and Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
