Home Based Reservation Sales Agent (New Brunswick) – Full Time Schedule

Our Reservation Sales Agents set the stage for guest experiences of a lifetime. Every day brings new challenges, new experiences and a chance to work with the best in the industry. Our Reservation Sales Agents provide exemplary sales expertise and service that is second to none. Choosing to be a Reservation Sales Agent at the Global Reservation Centre is choosing to offer the talent, dedication and commitment it takes to make each reservation experience unique for our guests.

Compensation:

• Rate - $12.47 per hour
• $.50 per hour language premium paid for French, Spanish & Arabic

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Global Reservations Centre will provide the equipment:

• Desktop Computer, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse
• Analog telephone line to be used for business purposes only
• High Speed Internet Connection
• All installation fees

You must have:

• Acceptable workspace (private with an ergonomic workstation)
• High speed internet available in your home (Rental Units must have permission of landlord to run additional phones if necessary)
• Home phone service provided through approved vendor 

Training:

• Extensive 4 week training program, held in Moncton at our Centre

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, Reservation Sales, the Reservation Sales Agent is responsible for the following;

• Booking reservations for our unique collection of world-class resorts and city center hotels
• Serving as the primary contact between our guests and our luxury properties
• Providing product expertise in a professional, friendly and informative manner
• Enriching our guests' experiences while maximizing the company's profitability
• Identifying sales opportunities and actively selling the features and benefits of choosing to secure reservations at our distinctively unique properties

• Exemplary salesmanship with the ability to surpass targets and goals
• Dedication and commitment to being the best
• Excellent keyboarding skills and a talent for multi tasking
• Strong written and verbal business skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to provide personal and sincere service Available for shifts that have an earliest start time of 6:00 pm, and a latest end time 6:00 am
