| Job Description |
As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through the development and management of relationships with courier clients throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. |
| Responsibilities |
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Utilizing your consultative sales approach to exceed client expectations;
- Meeting or exceed company set sales targets;
- Strategically target new business;
- Develop and expand on your current client network;
- Ensure client needs are met and provide problem solving/troubleshooting as required;
- Perform reviews with clients to ensure service requirements are being met.

| Requirements |
- Proven track record in an Outside Sales role, specialization in the courier or transportation /logistics industries required
- Have the ability to network with clients in Winnipeg area
- Thorough knowledge of the sales cycle coupled with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to be self directed and take accountability for achieved results
- Strong problem solving and organization skills
