As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant you will:
- Perform general administrative duties including proofreading documents in both English and French
- Prepare, review, and track a variety of correspondence, memoranda and forms
- Perform data management tasks through use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage the office front desk and switchboard
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- Strong office and organizational skills
- Great multitasking abilities
- Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
- Familiarity and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Software
- A positive attitude and professionalism
