In this job you will be responsible for working with a team of recruiters to match candidates with opportunities.
The key to your success will be to work with both Customers and Clients to find the best match. You will do this through:
* Cold calling organizations to introduce our services
* Interviewing candidates
* Headhunting top talent
* Administer testing
* Visiting Clients in person to conduct needs-analysis
