Delta Cable, an EastLink company is currently seeking Part Time Consumer Sales Representatives to join our Consumer Sales group in Delta, British Columbia.

Consumer Sales Representative

As a key member of the Consumer Sales Team, the Consumer Sales Representative interacts daily with customers both in a retail store environment and via telephone promoting a positive company image, and promoting and selling EastLink's products and services. The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer inquires including new customer installs, product information, billing, and resolving customer issues. The Consumer Sales Representative will support various areas of the Consumer Sales group including retail, inside sales (inbound and outbound calling), bulk transitions and marketing events. The successful candidate will be a team player who can effectively develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers by practicing exceptional customer service

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/sales environment
• Completion of Grade 12, post secondary preferred
• Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft word, excel, Internet and email
• Must be able to work shifts, including nights and weekends
