We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with RF/Wireless deployment background to join our Engineering team as a Network Deployment Project Manager. This role is located in our Woodstock, NB office location (Fredericton, NB may be a possibility) and is a key member of a team in charge of building the next generation of wireless networks.

In this role you will implement BXI deployment strategies to effectively coordinate tasks across multifunctional teams, build end to end projects, and manage multiple fixed wireless sites /markets. The Project Manager will also have responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning tracking, change control, and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the build program activities and overall program management for various sites across different markets and provinces including inter and intra group project plan coordination, RF design, site real estate, networks operations, field operations, marketing, and site construction/installation project management
• Engage, foster, and manage strong relationships between internal and external project resources
• Manage overall program schedule by developing and tracking project costing, resource loading, and timelines
• Communicate project status to various stakeholders

The ideal candidate has:

• 5-10 years experience in wireless communication deployment, program/project management encompassing the management of various teams’ activities: RF Planning, Site Acquisition/Development, Field and Networks’ operations, and Construction Management
• Demonstrated extensive expertise in managing a large number of deployment projects
• Good understanding of RF (fixed/mobile) and Microwave links in various frequencies
• Experience in Industry Canada, Transport Canada, and Nav Canada protocols
• Proven ability to manage large complex, cross-functional, cross-regional programs
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills including demonstrated ability to successfully deal with all forms of conflict (e.g. people, resourcing, priorities, circular dependencies)
• Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree required
• Project Management certification (preferred)
