| The Ideal Candidate |
You have a Bachelors Degree in a discipline related to engineering, or mining and a minimum of 5 years experience within an Account/Clint Relationship Management Role, preferably working within the mining industry. You have demonstrated in your career, the ability and experience to grow accounts to very high dollar volume in a rapid timeframe. |
| Job Description |
As an Account Manager you are responsible for the development and maintenance of sales strategies and plans to acquire new business for existing and potential clients. You will also establish and maintain relationships with clients and engage the clients to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources while acting as a trusted partner in the pursuit of the effective delivery of their projects. |
| Responsibilities |
-Enterprise-level Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain relations across the Depth and Breadth of the client organization(s) -Work with C-level clients to support them and provide guidance and advice on projects and manage the client relationship -Revenue target: Build pipeline, win deals to achieve assigned revenue target -Prepare sales proposals and tender responses, and deliver professional presentations -Maintain key customer contacts, service accounts and build account strategies -Provide after sales support

| Requirements |
-Bachelors Degree in a discipline related to engineering, or mining, -Experience in the mining/engineering consultant industry -Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time, traveling up to a week a month, home on weekends -Must be able to interact with C-level clients yet be able to roll up your sleeves and work at any level -Fluent in English with impeccable communication skills; written and verbal
