Role: .Net/ SharePoint Developer

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

• Able to write detailed design specifications for programmers
• Strong background designing and developing with Microsoft enterprise server products, specifically Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services v3.0, InfoPath 2007 and SharePoint Designer 2007
• Experience with Visual Studio Development Environment (Visual Studio .NET 2005/2007, Visual Source Safe)
• Strong background in ASP.NET, VB.NET or C#
• Configures and implements Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS2007)  to solve business requirements
• Develops Web-parts to extend the functionality of MOSS2007
• Demonstrated skill at mentoring junior resources both internally and on client projects
• Must be able to contribute competently to application architecture discussions
• Works with users to define business-oriented test and use conditions
• Establishes test cycles, and executes according to test plans
• Identifies and documents system deficiencies as errors or enhancements
• Analyzes deficiencies and determines scope of effort required to resolve
• Recommends solutions
• Ensures approved solutions are implemented in a timely manner

Qualifications (Education & Essential Work Experience):

• University or College Diploma in computer science/ or relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years Microsoft development experience, ideally in a consulting capacity
• Possess strong business development skills and proven hands-on project experience with Microsoft's development tools and technologies
