Hours Of Work:  At present 0730-1530, 1530-2330 hrs, subject to change

Job Purpose:

Participates in the delivery of patient care; positions, lifts and transfers patients.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school graduation plus an additional patient care program/course of up to six months or equivalent, with the acute care stream.
• Written and spoken competence in English is required.
• Ability to work in stressful situations and to prioritise work appropriately.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Good previous work records with the ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• All mandatory certifications must be up to date.
