We are seeking a part time Recruitment & Selection Coordinator who is experienced in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates for healthcare or customer service positions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients and sources.

Job Description:

  • Recruitment and selection of registered nurses for tele-health nursing
  • Establishing hiring criteria through analyzing job requirements
  • Attracting applicants through identifying and developing relationships with new and established hiring sources
  • Writing and posting job advertisements based on hiring criteria
  • Conducting interviews, tests and reference checks to ascertain applicant qualifications
  • Coordinating and conducting new hire orientations
  • Ensuring accuracy of human resources recruiting database

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience recruiting in a healthcare or customer service environment
  • Human Resources Management Certificate an asset
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Business Administration with area of concentration in Human Resources
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Travel to other sites as needed
