As an Account Manager you will…

  • Deal with Business to Business customers.
  • Be responsible for the satisfaction, growth and development of an account base of 1050+ customers.
  • Proactively drive your account base to purchase each month.
  • Focus on retaining and developing above average customers.

Initially, you are responsible for building up your account base for a list of customers that qualify for the "program." Thus, on a daily basis at start-up you are responsible for contacting Staples business clients that have purchased from us in the past and encouraging their enrollment in the Preferred Customer Program to receive program rewards & benefits. Upon enrollment, you will manage the account on a regular basis and be responsible for driving your account base to purchase each month.

Daily, you are responsible for meeting specific quotas pertaining to sales goals, talk time and contacts. As a result you will be paid your base salary and commission.

You must possess

  •  3 years of blended customer service and sales experience in an environment where a customer centric goal is present (i.e. retention, average sales).
  • An ability to produce results on a day to day basis.
  • The ability to overcome objections in the course of a sales call.
