Office Clerk
Location: Bedford

Our client, a well-established and respected company in the construction industry, is seeking an Office Clerk in the Payroll and Accounts Payable department for their Bedford location. This is a contract opportunity.

As the Office Clerk your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating filing systems and databases, inputting time sheets, data entry, as well as other clerical tasks as required.

As the ideal candidate, you have at minimum of one year experience working in an administrative role. You possess exceptional organizational skills and are able to effectively prioritize and multi-task. An understanding of office equipment and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with payroll or accounts payable is an asset, and access to transportation is a requirement (location not on a bus route).
