Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, the successful applicant for this position will assume the following responsibilities:

• Interacting with service customers to ensure that all of their maintenance and repair needs are met;
• Working with current service staff members to address telephone and e-mail inquiries, managing work flow and scheduling to maximize shop efficiency; 
• Selling of required and recommended maintenance, service and safety items to current customers;
• Creation, management and closing of work orders as well as collecting payment for same; 
• Administration of all required processes and procedures required by General Motors of Canada’s warranty administration system.

The right person for this position must have the following qualifications:

• A general mechanical understanding 
• Strong people skills 
• Positive work ethic 
• Experience in this position would be a definite asset
