Our client is a very successful, growing, entrepreneurial communications company in HRM.  With over 90 employees and a seasoned management team, they are seeking a Director of Finance to join the organization.  Reporting to the CFO, you will have intimate knowledge of the financial operations of the organization and will work closely with the entire management team to ensure compliance in all areas related to financial management and ISO registration.

Your profile includes a professional accounting designation, experience in a senior finance role in a growth company, and the ability to contribute with a strategic perspective and a hands-on approach.  You will be responsible for compliance, financial reporting, budget development and cash management.  You will provide insight and advice into ways of reducing costs, streamlining financial operations, and opportunities for increased operations efficiencies.  As a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO, you demonstrate unyielding integrity and confidentiality.

You will have several direct reports so previous management experience would be considered an asset.
