We are currently searching for an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role as a member of the senior management team and in the execution of our growth strategy.  Based in Halifax, NS, the Operations Manager will provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers and their project teams as they execute on numerous engineering and construction projects simultaneously.

The Operations Manager will have overall accountability for implementing operating policy, setting objectives and standards for the operations workforce and reinforcing an organizational focus on compliance with all safety and environmental rules and regulations.

As the ideal candidate, you possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 15 years of experience in the field. Demonstrated success in operational leadership and in managing multi-million dollar industrial projects is essential.
