Position Summary: The Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) / Personal Care Worker (PCW) will provide client centered care in a long term care environment. The CCA / PCW will work as part of the Care Team in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications:

• Provincial Personal Care Worker / Continuing Care Assistant Certificate
• Students enrolled in the RN / LPN program who have completed their clinical experience
• Experience in the Continuing Care Sector
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment is essential
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
