Glen Haven Manor is a 202-bed Long Term Care facility and has a history of being innovative and progressive in the Continuing Care Sector.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses.  The licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will perform a wide range of nursing competencies for individuals with multiple health care needs. Specialized training will be provided for the Dialysis program.

Qualifications:

• Current Registration (or eligibility) with LPN Association.
• Recent experience working with gerontological residents preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment is essential.
• Successfully completed the provincial pharmacology course.
• Competency in clinical and technical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
