Our client, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Dartmouth office. This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent.
Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Reporting, you will responsible for assisting with the general administration of the department. Tasks will include preparing documents, editing Power Point Presentations, managing content for the company's intranet, providing support for reception and switchboard, maintaining files and other projects as needed.
As the ideal candidate, you have completed a post-secondary education at the college level combined with experience working in a similar administrative role. With solid organizational skills and attention to detail, you enjoy taking initiative and have an excellent client service attitude. You have effective communication skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are keen to be a valued member of a strong, growing team. Overall reliability and the maturity to manage your time effectively are key traits for this position.
